RCPSME Rules for Membership.

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Applicants must be willing to travel and have their own transportation.
• Applicants must be able to be reached by fax or email.
• Applicants must understand this is volunteer work and there is no compensation.
• Applicants must be willing to review evidence.
• Applicants will be subject to a background check.
• Applicants must have a High School Diploma or equivilent.
• If accepted all members will respect the privacy of our clients.
• If accepted all members will conduct themselves in a professional manner.
• No applicant shall ever be rejected on the basis of Race, Gender, National Origin, Color, Religion, Age ( as long as it meets the basic requirement of 18 years ), Sexual Preference/Orientation, Size or Mental Ability.

Grounds for Termination

• Violation of client privacy.
• Unprofessional conduct.
• Disrespect of clients, fellow team members, members of a another team or the co-founders.
  
• Continually missing scheduled meetings and/or investigations.
• Faking evidence. We WILL NOT tolerate faking of or tampering with any evidence. Any member caught faking evidence will be released immediately. Your information will be sent to other paranormal groups in the area, should you attempt to join them. If you fake evidence you have no business in the paranormal research field.
